Bucharest, February 22, 2009 - Renate Weber, Leader of the PNL Delegation to the European Parliament, has met on Friday, February 20th, with the leaders of the local PNL branch, PNL representatives in the local public administration, business-men and local journalists.

The visit aimed to present and debate the 2009-2013 priorities of the Alliance of Liberals and Democrats for Europe (ALDE).

The following topics were debated on: labor migration and freedom of movement, in the economic crisis' context; European funds - opportunities and obstacles; civil liberties and the fight against terrorism and organized crime; energy, climate change and protection of environment. 

The next day, on Saturday, February the 21st, Renate Weber has taken part in the Political Seminar organized, in Sinaia, by the Ilfov branch of TNL (young liberals' organization).
