Brussels, March 17th, 2008 - Starting from a press article about a Romanian child in Italy, being beaten up by his schoolmates because of his nationality, Renate Weber, Romanian MEP (NLP, ALDE) has today sent a letter to the Public Instruction Minister in Italy, Giuseppe Fioroni. In the letter, Mrs. Weber expresses her concern regarding these events and she is requesting to the Italian official to seriously take into consideration this case and similar ones that could or have already occured.
